Bilal Munir Rahim is a husband, father, grandfather, mentor, and community leader committed to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through intentional service. His mentorship work began in 2016 and focuses on leadership development, accountability, and culturally grounded rites of passage for boys and young men. He founded Our Black Fathers Committee in 2015, co-founded Fight4Life No Excuses, and helped facilitate the S.O.N.S. Manhood Training Program. Bilal also brings professional healthcare experience, education in computer hardware, networking, and security, certifications in fitness and nutrition, and an ongoing commitment to music and cultural expression.

Raised in Maryvale, Erik Condoll draws on lived experience, cultural pride, and knowledge of self in his mentorship. His work with OBFC is grounded in culturally relevant guidance for Black fathers and young men and a commitment to changing the narrative of Black fatherhood through service, accountability, and Sankofa.

Jvion Jones is a father, author, speaker, youth mentor, creative, entrepreneur, and founder of Ahvision Publishing. His work helps aspiring authors develop their stories and bring books to publication. After a glioblastoma diagnosis in 2021, he continued writing and publishing, reflecting resilience and a commitment to legacy.

Thurston M. Smith is a development coach, speaker, author, facilitator, and consultant focused on making complex ideas practical and relatable. His work helps fathers strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, parenting practices, and family relationships. He has also trained through the Michael Gurian Institute in brain-based, gender-informed education.

L.O. Shivers is a husband, father of six, and longtime South Phoenix community advocate. With more than a decade of community involvement, he is committed to strengthening Black families, supporting fathers, addressing systemic challenges, and creating opportunities for positive change.
