Accountability in Action
One young man. One mentor. One set of goals that are actually his.
Accountability in Action is a personalized one-to-one mentorship program giving young men consistent guidance, encouragement, and accountability.
Every mentorship is built around the individual. Support is shaped to his needs, interests, and goals, and can cover academics, personal development, health and wellness, goal setting, career preparation, entrepreneurship, and the everyday life skills nobody formally teaches.
Mentors meet with participants regularly, both virtually and in person. The consistency is the point. Over time, a young man comes to recognize his own potential, work through what is in his way, and take real steps toward becoming confident, responsible, and prepared.
