RBG Youth Leaders Initiative (RBGYL)

A 12-week, culturally grounded rites-of-passage program for young men.

An in-person, 12-week, culturally grounded rites-of-passage program for young men. Guided mentorship, hands-on learning, physical development, and group discussion help participants explore identity, responsibility, leadership, discipline, purpose, and community. The experience is designed to build confidence, character, self-awareness, and a strong foundation for manhood.
