The Seven Truths Youth Mentor Training

Two hours before you sit across from a young man who needs you.

The Seven Truths Youth Mentor Training is a two-hour virtual training for anyone preparing to mentor young people well.

Participants leave with foundational knowledge, practical guidance, and a clearer understanding of what mentoring actually asks of a person. Good intentions are the starting point. This training is about what comes after them.

Every participant receives a copy of The 7 Truths: A Basic Guide for Mentoring Our Youth, which stays with them as a working reference long after the session ends.

What the training covers

  • The foundations of intentional mentorship
  • Practical guidance for the first conversations and the hard ones
  • The responsibility that comes with influence over a young person
  • How to keep showing up when it is inconvenient

Who it is for

Anyone preparing to mentor young people. No prior experience required.
