An ongoing mentorship and engagement initiative that combines one-on-one support, group outings, monthly check-ins, and teachable life experiences. Monthly mentor-and-mentee bonding activities create intentional opportunities to build trust, strengthen relationships, and grow through meaningful conversation and shared experiences.
