Amplifying Potential
Find the thing you are good at. Then find out how far it goes.
Amplifying Potential is a creative and technology mentorship program that helps young men discover their talents while building practical, career-connected skills.
Participants work in audio recording, podcasting, songwriting, music production, and playing musical instruments. Alongside the creative work, they get hands-on exposure to computer hardware and cybersecurity, two fields with real and growing demand.
The pairing is deliberate. A young man who learns to produce a track is learning signal flow, file management, and patience. A young man who learns to build a machine is learning the same discipline from the other direction. Amplifying Potential encourages participants to strengthen their voices, build confidence, and turn what interests them into skills that hold value.
What participants do
- Record, mix, and produce original audio
- Write songs and learn to play instruments
- Plan, record, and publish podcast episodes
- Build and troubleshoot computer hardware
- Learn the fundamentals of cybersecurity
